Bobby Lewis Lane, age 95, of San Augustine departed this physical life on April 13, 2024, at his residence in San Augustine.

Mr. Lane was born March 14, 1929.

He is survived by six grandchildren Clemmietina Miller (Patrick) of San Augustine, Ronald Johnson (Demetria) of Rustin, LA, Carlos Johnson (LaTressa) of San Augustine, Curtis Gilbert of Hurst, Darell Malone of Irving, and LaShunta Glover (Zack) of Houston; special great-grandchild Kiesha Johnson fo San Augustine; eighteen great-grand children; three great-great grandchildren; one brother Roy Lane (Barbara) of Beaumont; three sisters Jimmie Nash of San Augustine, Cammie Lane of Houston, and Rachel Bluford (William) of San Augustine. As well as a host of Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 20, at Reed Chapel Baptist Church, Interment followed at St. Luke Cemetery with Rev. Timothy Teal, officiating and Bishop Zephaniah Swindle, Eulogist Condololences by Garner and Son Mortuary.
